Before writing in:

If the app shows empty or gray data, check that Apple Health permissions are granted in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Energy RPG.
The app reads existing HealthKit data. It cannot show energy data for days before you started collecting health metrics on your device.
PDF reports require at least one completed quest with check-in data.
